It's cool ask away!! But no there is no rattle in them, I put a rubber nipple in the door frame so it's tight.

Can I get close ups of what your talking about and also the door pins? What did you use for the pins to hang the doors? I'm debating on using square tubing vs round. I don't have a tube bender.

Ya I can take a close up of the door pins. I made them just like the factory doors would go on to the hinges. But I would recommend using round tube. Square just looks funny.

Some plans or measurements would be awesome. I just can't pay the price they want for tube doors, plus my wife hates my boy riding in it without something.
