I agree I think what they charge for tube doors is crazy. I can see some have more into it than others. I'm not a machinist so I really don't know how much material and labor goes into these.

You don't need to be a machinist to make these. I'm just a college student lol. But I can get the exact measurement if ya want it? I made a prototype out of pvc pipe and that's what I went off to make these doors

Random question... What size lift is on yours? I have the same exact jeep. Like how it looks. Just bit sure how high I was to go. Nice work on te doors too!

you know, with pvc glue and plastic paint, you could actually make ultra light weight pvc tube doors as well

If you have the measurements and any additional info available to post, that would be OUTSTANDING!! I would love to see some additional pictures of the hinge set-up as well as the latch you used.

I really want a set of these but just cannot justify the cost of buying a set.
