Ok, so I bought new lights today and drilled 5 holes in each very carefully this time. Using this diamond coated hole bit, I was able to drill a hole every 10 minutes or so. Huge pain in the ass! Click image for larger version

I then used a step drill bit and drilled matching holes in the headlight buckets to allow room for the backs of the LED lights. Click image for larger version

Alright, so here comes the fun part... I wrapped the LEDs in electrical tape so that they fit more snugly, and then I secured them with some RTV silicone. Click image for larger version

I removed the bulbs from the lights that were'nt used in the headlights or turn signals, and taped the wires along the bottom. You'll have to forgive the pink duct tape. I was out and it was all my wife had. lol! The little nooks on the bottom of the grill hold the battery packs perfectly! I realized after turning on the lights that are in the turn signals, that they would need more bulbs. Hopefully I'll be able to do that tomorrow. All in all it came out pretty awesome. That will hopefully be really soon. Can't wait to post that final pic of it on my office wall.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. Everything is done, and I'm just trying to find the best way to mount it. Should have the final pics up soon.
