Quadratec was pretty competitive and I believe they are doing free shipping not sure with weight of rack tho. Some sites were a little cheaper but quadratec has great customer support imo.

Alright, one more question...should you not want the rack on the Jeep at all, is the rear hinged end of the rack easy enough to "undo?" IE, remove the hinge pin and take the rack off, but leave the hinge plate attached?

wow sorry, hadn't seen this. You could take whole rack off by removing the front and two rear assembly. 4 bolts/nuts. But the rack is heavy as hell and either 2 people and/or a hoist maybe.

Wind noise issue is quite annoying
Hey Folks!
So much good information on the thread! I bought a KM Congo cage for my 2014 JK 4 Door about 2 weeks ago, and the install was as people described, not terrible, but required some creative interpretation of the instructions.
I am happy with the cage quality, but also had the alignment issues with the front bars as well as the wind noise. I ziptied a 2 foot long piece of Aluminum angle iron to the front which took care of the hum, but the rushing sound sounds like a jetliner following me above my roof at any speed over 55. I ordered the KM 60161 wind deflector and it should be here on Friday - will let you know my experience with that, but I pray that helps because right now it is not workable.
In terms of releasing the front of the cage, I didn't like having to remove 2 bolts every time, so I fabricated some quickreleases for myself, and they are working great! Here are some pics:

I ordered the Kongo Cage for my 2-door Rubi and will starting the installation tonight. Wish me luck!
A word of caution: Avoid ordering this through Quadratec. I had by far and away the WORST customer experience I've ever had with a vendor in my 31 years of existence and will NEVER be ordering through them again.

Tip for taking the top down
So, there is quite a bit of discussion on fabricating a quick release for the rack. My solution was simply to raise the rear up by about an inch. Check to see if you can get your top down with the rack installed. Some people have been able to do this. If not, it likely is only off by about an inch. Drill new holes in the rear upright of the rack, and you should be able to raise and lower your top without having to touch the rack. Much better than having to raise it, even if you were able to design a quick release.

Welp, the install is done and I have to say I have mixed feelings. The powder coating on the rack itself was fairly good, but there were some obvious nicks where the powder coating had either flaked off in transit or in storage. It's not TOO big of an issue to me, but something that somebody else might find not to their liking. The instructions were pretty good and I had no issues with missing parts or bad silicon. however, the instructions are a little vague as to how exactly you're supposed to use the prop-up bars but I don't really plan on removing the top anytime soon so again, not a big issue. Overall the installation was pretty straightforward, however I did run into some difficulties getting the rack to line up correctly. Since it was only me doing the install, I started with the rear hinges and connected the longer connecting bars first, and then flipped the rack onto the Jeep and finished with the front mounts. I was a little afraid I had screwed something up since the front bars didn't want to line up correctly with the mounts, but a liberal application of silicon and elbow grease got everything into place with relative ease.
I also got the Kargo Master Safari Rack and I have to say THAT is a thing of beauty. Top notch hardware all around and the black on gold appearance of the rack and the hardware makes it look amazing. I'll post pics tomorrow.
