thanks for the write up, love the fact that you put it on a switch. I plan on doing something similar and will use yours as my guide. thanks again

I did the same thing with some different lights, but they are still not bright enough. They are much smaller than what you are using. Nice install.

Nice.. If I ever do this I'd go for a 3 position switch.
on/off/on reverse

Well, right now they automatically come on when going into reverse. The switch is for when you want it on without going into reverse. I thought about doing a 3 pos switch, but decided that I don't ever want them to not come on.
That and I would have had to find another spdt or dpdt switch that would look as good as the KC switch does mounted in the dash.
