I have a Herculiner kit in the garage that I plan on shooting my interior with soon.

Default Rails

would spraying the outside rails mess up the soft top? i feel as though it would tear if it kept rubbing the rail.
btw it looks awesome.

That looks great! A ton of effort though. I wonder how much it would cost if I didn;t do the prep :s

Looks great!

I'm too afraid to remove all the stuff inside though... I don't have problem removing (taking apart), but I always have problem putting back on.

I don't have a hardtop, so I can't answer that question. However, someone else here does, and they said they did it because of the scratches the hard top was doing to the lip.

D'sjk, really it only adds maybe 30lbs (according to the sprayer), as the thickness isn't all that great. It does make a significant difference in the vibrations in the interior though, as it feels a lot more solid now (of course, maybe I'm making myself feel that way to justify it).

Great job, this is on my list of future mods.
i line-xed my rails and the hardtop fits like a glove. i realy want to line-x the inside of the hardtop. i cann't stand the white.
