Default Quickest nitro sleeve install ever and I'm not ever sore!!

I have to give most of the credit to all the guys that did this before me. I learned a lot from all of you. The best way of doing this is with a good air hammer. I spent less than five seconds on the short side and ten seconds on the long side. All the cleaning and prep and DRY ICE pays off but with the air hammer at 2500 BPM makes it easy. One of my first posts so i hope this helps because I've gotten my share of info from all of you.

There is something to say about having the right "tools" to get a job done right and fast. Nice work!

Lol that's cool the videos I watched in the past were 15 minutes of hammering.

Which is still better than the 2 days of hammering I have seen some guys do!

Just installed mine today. No dry ice, no freezing in the fridge...just cleaned the axle tube real well with scotch brite and lubricated the sleeve with high pressure grease. I too used an air hammer. It took me less than 5-min to install each side sleeve (sleeve only). The hard part is removing the wheels, brakes, and hubs

I am reviving this thread in order to not start another.

How long did you leave these tubes in the dry ice? Also did you use anything on them to help them slide in?
