Rear Seat Angle Adjustment Write-Up
#141
The manufacturer already has a set of seats that would work and solve the problem, they are called sto-n-go seats from the minivans. Here are mine, the fold flat, slide forward and back, and recline.
I tried the tilt option but it still wasn't comfortable enough for the kids. Also, the rear bench isn't large enough for three passengers so dual buckets should be the norm...

The seats are from a Dodge/Chrysler minivan and I used a Mastercraft rear seat bracket. Used 3/16" steel plate to tie the factory sliders to the Mastercraft bracket. All Grade 8 fasteners and purchased lap belts from Summit.

Easy install took about an hour maybe a bit longer. Hardest part was tightening the front legs back down while keeping them straight and not twisting. If they twist the seats won't fold down right.
The kids agree its way more comfortable than before. :-)
