If I cut one side, then use cardboard to mark exactly the shape of the cut by tracing the outer edge of the fender I could transfer that to the other side and have exactly the right shape

anyone with a sahara done this? i have white fenders, just hoping it doesnt crack the paint or something

Here you go. Just used the jig saw and some tape, then used door trim to finish it off.

I like the shape you cut them into.

Any specific blade you used in the jigsaw? I was planning on using a dremel..
