Just did it The other thread had me on the fit track. The video though made me confident enough to just go do it!! Wrapped it all up with electrical tape, works great! Thanks!!

Anybody got any info on how to combine this mod with the LED grill blinker mod? So in other words, making an amber LED strip a blinker as well?

If you spliced into the wire to make the marker lights blink it would make any light blink. That is a power wire. All you would need to do is find a ground for the additional light. This is wiring at its basic level.
