Default Daystar 1" body lift

Hey everyone. I just installed the Daystar 1" body lift on my 2012 JKU manual. Does anyone know how to get to the shift boot on the new 2012?? I can't shift to 2, 4, 6 or Reverse. Your help is appreciated!!

I saw a shifter extension somewhere but honestly I do not remember where. Fortec maybe... I took everything off and cut out some of the body. However I do not recommend that since it does let in all the heat coming from the exaust and undercarriage. I would look for the bolt in extension because it would be a lot easier and is engineered for this problem.

Thanks but I had to cut into it since I needed to drive it You're right it does let in ALOT of heat. oh well! Maybe I'll try and remedy it later with the extension and a new boot

It looks like Rough Country makes it. Product # 92RC60200

It only took me about and hour and half to do. It was pretty easy. It says that the 4 door has 12 body mounts but my 2012 JKU only has 10. You can see where the other two go in front of the back coils but there was nothing there.

1" is definitely noticeable in person. If I remember correctly I purchased the Daystar through quadratec for 100 bucks.

Yeah nice job it is easy. I purchased the 2 3/4" combo lift which comes with the body lift and a 1 3/4" coil spacer lift and shocks.
The body lift was super easy and I am gonna TRY to get the spacer lift and the Northridge hardware on this weekend.
