Default Those pain in the a$$ plastic screws

For everyone removing those plastic screws, the trick to those is dont try and unscrew them. They arent really screws. Just take a drywall screw and hand turn the screw a couple turns into the top of the plastic screw/plug and pull straight up.

Thanks to Hip2u77 for this one!

What screws? Are you talking about drain plugs?

they mean the screws that hold the top of the grill on. If you what a pic go to write ups and the grill mod it is the sixth post down in the first pic you will see a pic of a hand holding a small black clip thing this is the plastic screw

Yep, you dont hurt them at all by pulling them out with the drywall screw and they can be pushed right back in. I've had my grill out many times and those inserts still work great.
