can I do any of that kind of stuff, with a 2013 jku sport, aev 2' spacer lift open diffs 3:21 and 33' tires?

yes I go to the mall a lot.

I couldn't watch the video but yes - you can do that trail with a 2" lift and 33’s If your a manual with 3:21, it could be a little more challenging

Yes you can do it. The green rescue jeep is open-open and on 35" tires. He did well. If you dont feel comfortable, you could always take by-passes.
