For the 5.7 vvt motor the engine mounts in your build material list work with the jeep stock location body brackets?

I have a few PCM questions. Im doing a super budget build. Not that I have an issue with Jeepspeedshop, Brut conversions or AEV.... well Brut and AEV I do, but that a different subject. I just don't think $2000 to $1000 for a PCM is considered a budget build. However, my wife has a different number in mind. Happy wife happy life.
Im seeing posts about stock pcms from wranglers 2007-Current Automatics being programmed and used, others are using Hemi pcms…. Just wanting to know if you have or know of resources to assist in the pcm issue. Im looking into buying a HP Tuner and programming myself. Never done it before but figure have to start somewhere.
Side note: Ive built a 5.7 Hemi with a 6.4L cam. so tuning myself would be great.
