I found a complete 14 bolt disc conversion at East Coast Gear Supply. $300.
Kit includes:
Single rear wheel 3/8 bracket.
Mounting Hardware for caliper to bracket.
L/R 1/2 Ton calipers
New Pads
New 8 lug rotors
Two 12" long braided stainless lines.
24" and 48" long hard lines.
Mounting hardware for lines.
Hub seals
Long or short studs

Your paying for convenience in that package. If your thrifty and shop around you can find what you need for the rear brakes fairly cheap. I think my rear calipers and pads were less than 50 bucks at the local parts house. rotors were like 35 each and the brackets were like 45 bucks. The VKS tone rings are the best price on the market and work great.
