Default 2.5 TF w 3/4" spacers to RK 3.5" springs?

I am currently running a 2.5" TF coil with 3/4" spacers. The setup is 3+ years old and is really rough drive. I am looking to replace the setup with RK triple rate 3.5" coils. I am running drop brackets with stock arms and factory track bars. I plan on purchasing the coils, installing teraflex VSS shocks (3"-4"), and a front adjustable track bar. Will I run into any other issues? Jeep runs good now with the 3.25" of lift so I assume the 3.5" coils will be similar (although be a better ride and make up for the current sag issues)

Depends which components you have now, and how much additional lift height you end up with. The rear axle will be further off-center. (Assuming you have a bracket now, no way to adjust it). The caster will be lower, so you might decide to move the ca's to another hole in the brackets. The driveshafts will be operating at steeper angles, so keep an eye on the tcase joints. The brake lines will be stretched tighter. The swaybars will be angled further down. The bumpstops may need to be raised. The steering angles will be steeper, putting you in the range to be considering some form of high steer/flip/drop.
