If you get the OME HD, I would get the long travel shocks! I got the standard OME shocks and had to replace with longer one(Blistein 5100). I only had about 1" of down travel in the standard OME shocks.

If you don't mind me asking what research did you do to end up purchasing this kit? Because I only want a moderate lift (2.5") i'm almost sold on the Teraflex kit w/ shocks as the springs are rated HD so you can add weight w/out sagging springs over time and you should not have any issues w/ driveshafts etc. Thanks in advance for your input.

I have a pdf with all the spring rates if you want it I can attach it later on my mac. I'm not sure exactly how many inches I got but I'm sure it was under 3 perhaps under 2.5 inches. Here's a picture with 285's and stock bumpers for reference. Stock driveshafts. Ome2616 in from 2617 in back

I basically read many reviews on multiple lifts. I decided on OME because it would give me a moderate lift without many modifications and the well done write up of install and review I found. I figured if t does not work then I would save up and go all out later with King suspension. So far satisfied but won't rule out King in the future when the jeep becomes a toy not my DD. The lift is very good on road and light off road nothing extreme right now.

Attached is a PDF of a bunch of OME springs. One the second page the highlighted ones were the ones I was looking at for my 2 door JK. What I did was looked up the part numbers and read what lift height they were described as giving and looked at the spring rates and picked the coils that would give me the least amount of lift that would still suit my future build. I labeled the list but thats for my 2 door not a 4 door. Also pay attention to description when looking up the coils, some will give lift height for 4 door and some 2doors. Additionally, I left out the trim packers that OME sends with their kits. This takes off about .5" of lift, which I think helped keep my height down. Ultimately, don't get too caught up in the numbers. Let me know if you have any other questions, Jake. ome_spring_specs.pdf

Put the OME HD 2" lift with 315/75r16 wheels and tires. Happy so far. Rides amazingly well.

Run it for a while and re torque everything I had to after 100 miles or so. It is a good lift without braking the bank.
