to answer your question, no it won't be noticeable imo, if it was 500 yes it would, but not for 120. 34" tires and a procal and you'll be good for light offroading.
X2^ I also have this setup (2012 Auto - 3.21 - 315/70/17) and the procal really helps out with the shift points. I know everyone has different expectations but I'm pretty happy with this setup.

Finally got the lift and tires. I haven't noticed much loss in power. My rpms are only slightly higher as compared to the same speed with the stock tires. Over drive works fine on the highway. I lost about .5-1 mile per gallon on the highway. The tires are very quiet around town, at about 75-80 mph there is a hum, but not too bad. As for the aev lift kit, it is definitely "stiffer", drives more like a truck now, but that's ok. I can take turns much faster than with the stock suspension, it really sticks to the road. Overall I gained almost 4". I love the way it looks and am very happy with this combo. Can't wait to get it odd road.
