Those are 35's and the rear fender flares are also trimmed back so there isn't actually that much gap.
Agree. Most of the lower priced 4" lifts don't give near the advertised height, especially after they sag. Meanwhile, your better quality lifts many times will give right at advertised height, or more. Decide how high you really want it before spending the money.

I ended up with a 3.5" lift (Rubicon Express Super Flex Short Arm) with 17's and 35 tires. Dealer had it on the Jeep when I purchased it, but by the time I was done with the dealer the cost of the lift etc was at cost before install.

haha, I know. We all say that at first, then we end up with a wild hair and have one of those, "hold ma' beer and watch this" moments!! I like knowing I 'can' even if I don't or at least don't that often.

Sent from some string and a few tin cans.

Here is mine when I had 4" lift on 35s. With 4" of lift you need so much stuff to make it right it wasn't worth it IMO. You pretty much need 4 adj control arms, driveshafts, possibly a drag link flip, and maybe more depending on the kit. I went with the Rock Krawler 1.5 no one even noticed it was lower and I don't have to have any of that stuff. Also got that MPG boost on the hwy and I don't get blown all over the road anymore.
