Definitely interested in seeing it painted on your vehicle

How did the hood turn out? Does it fit like the factory hood?

i purchased the same hood just haven't had the time to get it painted yet. Looks great in my opinion no real big issue only if you look closely where the left hood latch is in the front bumper it sticks out a bit.

Sorry guys, have been super busy and havent had time to post. Anyway, here is a shot after completion. I really like the way it looks. However, you can definately tell its pricepoint. The two rubber stops where the windshield rests would not fully insert into the new hood. The vents also seem to come up from time to time on me and I have to push them back in because they don't want to fully snap in. So just a few minor things like that but overall a pretty decent hood for the $$$$.

have you noticed any changes in engine bay temps? I've been really looking at getting a new hood for the look but mostly for cooling the engine bay down my jeep weighs quite a bit and with the 5:13 gears making it rev up more the tempatures can get pretty hot.

Eh, I haven't really noticed any difference. I did it mostly for the look. I don't know that there is any performance difference.

Shameless plug but have you given us any consideration? I have had customers report 20 degrees drops in IATs with our hood vs. stock.

You can get the poison spyder good louvre for like $120 and it supposedly drops the temp.
