Argh. Need new Synergy ball joints again
Mid October last year I got some Synergy ball joints installed. They're bad again!!! Just saw on Synergy's website that they have a 12 month unlimited warranty on their ball joints. I'm going to talk to my shop Monday about trying to get new ball joints under warranty. Has anyone ever dealt with Synergy's ball joint warranty? Just hoping I can save $200. Bummer they went again but meh...

You have some other issue going on causing them to fail. I would call them, last I heard, they claim not a single failure reported and mine have lasted for years on 35's, I live by the Rubicon and wheel every weekend. What do you do with your Jeep ? What size tire are you running ?

I swear I have read more synergy ball joint failures at low miles. My freaking stock ones have 52000 miles on with mostly 35's and it sees a lot of road and offroad. I bought it new its a 14 and not yet 3 years old. My stock are still tight. When they get loose Ill replace with another set of stock as they seem to last longer than most aftermarket ones.

I'm really considering getting rid of these brand new synergy ball joints I have sitting in my garage for a set of moog or stock again. The reviews are very mixed.
I'm on day 7 of my new drag link and tie rod from them and my tie rod end boot is already popping off. So far, I'm not very impressed with the $600 I spent.

Moog isn't necessarily better and you only get a single replacement. I put a noticeable bend in their drag link and the warranty was denied for "off-road use". I'm on 32" tires.

Yeah. I'm super strict about maintenance and do it myself. Go through everything at oil changes. Now this morning I had to jump the battery....may just be the 2 year blues!
