My set of stock ball joints is still going on 32k.

Whose drag link? Synergy?

Moog DL- put a bend in it. I'm now running aftermarket instead and there are no bends happening. Funny enough, the light 'slop' went away too when I replaced the Moog after 8 months.

Is this only a problem if you had the Synergy ball joints installed prior? I'm considering replacing my stock ball joints with the TF ball joints.

Yes. Apparently the synergy joints are slightly bigger coupled with the fact they are knurled opens up the hole a bit. This was the case on both his lowers. The tf joints just fell out with the knuckle when he was bolting them up. This was on both sides of the axle. Give tf a call and see what they say

I installed the teraflex non-knurled balljoints in mine with no issues.
