I am building a new Teraflex front axle. It is the 3.25" OD with the 0.25" wall. I don't really have the need for the fancy Teraflex end seals they sell for it. I would really just like to have a stock type of dust cover for the axle tube end.

If your running the Teraflex front housing are you running any type of cover on the tube ends? I've looked and cannot seem to find any type of end in the market that fits these housings. I guess I may have to make my own? I would at least like to put something on the end of the tubes, I guess.

Any input from those in the same boat would be appreciated. Thanks

Awesome thanks a lot. A pic would be great, I shouldn't have to worry about the ends then. As long as my shop gets these and passes them on to me!!

Awesome, so the housing came with both the end cover and the axle tube shaft guides, sweet. I'm pretty much all set for the swap. My local shop is installing the locker and R&P and I should be picking it up in a few days.

I'm getting pretty excited!! Thanks for the pics

Thanks, I don't think I really need them either, I kinda think it's just psychological right now. I went with the ten factory axles. It kinda seems from some pics that the RCV's take up more room inside the axle C and could block some crude from getting in there.?? But I'm not sure about that, I've never taken a good look at RCV axles in person.

I don't do much mudding or fording water but I do drive on salt covered roads in the winter. I know these dust covers don't stop much but I thought at least something is better than nothing? (Insert shrugging shoulders emoji here)

If you have them you may as well put them in. A little extra protection never hurts.
