I've got the exact same noise and it's about to drive me crazy! Did you ever figure out the cause? Rear axle shaft is the only thing I've been able to find after countless hours of googling prior to buying parts I might not need.
Just fixed it today!!!!!!
I replaced my rear pads and rotors and no more squeaks or grinding.
I'm thinking lube it up, then again, based on your title, and my suggestion, this may be more appropriate for another forum with less restrictions. LOL!!!
Only reason I opened this thread was because I knew I would see a comment like this one ^^^
