Put 37s on and saw that my rear axle is more to the passenger side by probably 2ins (by eye measure) have an adjustable track bar, I only notice it because it was on the lift. What's the best way to fix this?

Take a pic back there. Do you have a bracket either axle or top side ? You prob just need to adjust the track bar.

Take out a tape measure and pick the same point on each side. IE: The frame to the inside rim of your wheel. Subtract the long side from the short side.

Adjust your trackbar half that distance and recheck. When it is even, tighten the trackbar.

As an example Left side 19 inches from frame to rim, right side 18.25 from frame to rim.

19"-18.25"= .75" .75"/2 =.375" Move your adjustment .375 inches.

FYI
Larger tires won't affect your suspension axle center, caster, camber, toe.

X2, most likely your axle was off center before adding 37's. Bigger tires increase overall height of the entire vehicle, whereas a lift moves the body and frame higher up off the axles, affecting the axles position since the axle is connected to frame via the track bar.

Measure wheel to frame, divide the difference, disconnect the track bar, use a tie down strap to pull the frame over the axle, adjust track bar length and reconnect. 20 minute job. Easy peasy....... And don't trust "eye balling".

Yeah I know that. I was saying that is how I noticed it. When it was on the lift

I'm not saying that it is not out of adjustment, but seeing as how it was on the lift, your axle will tend to swing to one side with the track bar in relation to the arc of the track bar.
I would make sure it was on the ground, under load, before I did any measurements.
