Default Broken Transfer case

Yesterday I was wheeling and broke my transfer case, I can find used ones for about $500-$600 all day long. I'm a mechanic so I figured I'd rebuild it with better components (chain, drive gears, planetary gear set, etc..), so last night I jumped online looking for aftermarket componemts that were stronger then factory. After 2nrs I didn't find much (I can find OEM replacements).

Does anyone on here know of a website or company that offers beef'd up components for the NV241?

I'm probably going to order a used transfer case tomorrow and rebuild this one in the mean time, I just can't find anyone that offers better then OEM components. Thanks in advance.

Fyi I have an 08 unlimited X.

I'd love to but that's not really in the budget at the moment. I was hoping I could build the factory unit to be a little stronger until I have everything to do my V8 conversion, then the atlas was going in since the NV241 wouldn't be able to hold 500+ hp that my V8 is making
