Default bushing removal

So yes, death wobble has once again ruined my life.
Have a few bushings I need to replace. Removing them isn't so much a problem being that they can be torn apart but to put them in, what is the best way?
Where I used to work, there were tools that I can use but don't have here at home, any basic home tools to use?

With out a press you can use bolts, large area washers and nuts.

Disclaimer: I only had to seat one bushing that wasn't seated properly from the factory.

I used a socket and a dead blow hammer.
