99% of the time I hear these symptoms, it's steering wheel and toe causing the problems.

The OP needs to post the alignment settings/numbers.

I'll second Geo-correction brackets limitations on rock. I just destroyed one (Rancho, not blaming the part, blaming my poor technique on an obstacle) on the Rubicon last month and also bent the corresponding control arm. Both since replaced with control arms corresponding to my lift.

Looking at the pics from your other thread, you have the drop pitman and drop trackbar bracket installed, and the dual stabilizer and whatever else, so it doesn't make much sense that the previous owner would 'not' install the caster correction. You're certain that you have just the stock control arms? No cam bolts? No RC fixed control arms? No RC adjustable control arms?

If no one has asked you to post the actual alignment specs, I'll throw that request in now...
