What tire pressure are you running? You should be around 28psi with 35's. Higher than that will make it feel flighty.

Also check your toe. Can do this with a tape measure should probably be around 1/8" toe in for your set up to drive well.

Toe 1/8" in and tires are at 28psi. I took another measurement at the pinion and got 2* up. So caster should be around 4*. I'm wondering now if it's the axle being off center.

Do you run steering correction ?
What angle do you have on the uni joint? I just installed my new double Cardin drive shaft and was getting really bad vibes so adjusted my caster down to about 2.5* which left me with 5* of angle on the uni joint, the vibes have settled a bit but still there. I'm at about 3.5 maybe 4* of lift. Maybe my shaft is out of balance?

I joint is at about 6-7*. I think I'm going to get the axle centered and reduce the caster from 4* to 3* and see how it drives.

How do you measure the pinion angle and what's a ballpark figure of what is ok?

I keep considering extended my arms to increase my caster some but just not sure about the other side impact other than finding out if things don't feel right.

I put the axle right up against the pinion flange. You want between 1 and 2° pinion which = 4-5° caster.

Thought I'd update post alignment. Both front and rear axles are now with 1/8" of center (was 3/4" off). Increases pinion from 2* to 5* caster is 1*. Immediately took the jeep on the interstate to 75mph for 10-15miles. No more vibration jeep tracks dead straight no wonder what so ever.

I'm still confused on how to measure the pinion, but based upon you're at 1* caster and I'm at 2.5* caster with a similar lift amount, and I'm not currently experiencing any major noticeable problems, it sounds like I should just leave well enough alone in regards to adjusting my caster.
