My drivers side exhaust manifold cracked at 50,000 miles. I dont have an extended warranty.
Does any Emission or Lifetime powertrain warranty cover this? Anybody have any luck replacing it at the delearship?

Give them the vin number and they will let you know. I think it is covered.

I doubt it. I have an 07 JKU with a cracked driver side manifold and Jeep told me to pound sand. Now, I bought mine used from a none jeep dealer. So if you bought it from a jeep dealer, they might cut you some slack or work a deal with you.

I am going to the dealer tomorrow and I will find out they are doing a recall for the fuel filler overflow problem.

If you are the original owner of your 2008, this is what's covered on the engine portion of your lifetime powertrain warranty:

Gasoline Engine: cylinder block and all internal
parts; cylinder head assemblies; timing case, timing
chain, timing belt, gears and sprockets; vibration
damper; oil pump; water pump and housing; intake
and exhaust manifolds; flywheel with starter ring
gear; core plugs; valve covers; oil pan; turbocharger
housing and internal parts; turbocharger wastegate
actuator; supercharger; serpentine belt tensioner;
seals and gaskets for listed components only.

I had mine replaced under the lifetime warranty! No questions at all. I have an 08 unlimited.
