Drag link flip kit !
#31
Does anybody know the id of the drag link hole in the steering knuckle by chance? I'm trying to find a piloted drill bit or reamer to drill my knuckle hole for my synergy flip kit.

I understand that I ordered the 7/8 flip adapter from synergy when I ordered the kit. Just curious what the starting and ending diameters are supposed to be in the knuckle.

Even read that the 7/8" bit gives you a margin for error. .875 but the hole still needs to be up to .9 and the tapered adapter will fall right in.
I lightly tapped mine into place after drilling through and filing smooth.

You read that? Hmm seemed to work perfectly for me. The adapter dropped right in and tie rod end seated perfectly. That's why they put that size bit in the instructions

Your steering links have nothing to do with the ABS light. You have speed sensors on each axle end. Check these sensors for debris in the tone rings and the wires to make sure they are in tact.
