If LoD makes their new rack for a 2 door, I'd go that route for sure.

I have the front runner: IMO: looks great, works great. What more could you ask for: plus the accessories they have for it make it that much more versatile.

Well, for about the same price the LoD has a proprietary sliding rack that allows the ability to raise and lower soft tops, remove hard tops, etc. And if you know much about LoD, you know that it is 100% pure beef. Lastly, LoD is made here in the USA. Really, take a look at it - it's a much nicer unit. Not saying yours isn't, but there is no comparison.

I have a hard top and i wont be getting a soft top anytime soon as i will be living in Colorado for at least the next four years for school. I like the low profile of the front runner and how versitile it is

Exactly: lower profile, less weight and I'm like you, never take my top off.

Not saying the LOD rack isn't cool, but I replied to a frontrunner question. I have an LOD rear bumper I'm sure the rack is just as beefy: and heavy and tall.

True story. LoD rack is 188 lbs. I guess I like the ease of loading and unloading by sliding the rack back rather than climbing all over a Jeep and struggling to get stuff on and off without damaging the Jeep. And you never know when you'd need access through the roof in the back.

Slimline it is.
