correct and the crush cans slow the inertia down slowly so as not to set off the air bags under certain conditions that otherwise might set off the air bags. I won't argue the point because it does not matter to me,get what you like and want.

next to AEV in Montana they give them to me. I would not pay $100 for one either.

Ours is an inexpensive option.
You can add on
the winch plate
a light guard
down the road, if you want.

I just put the warn stubby rock crawler on this past Sunday. 3 days and I already love it. In the rain I used to get mud a over my front full width. Now there's nothing to have mud. Keeps it looking cleaner. One perk. Another is cost. As someone se said, it's under $400. Think I paid $369 with free shipping. Took 2 days to get.

Feels like I can take out anything in my way even if I only stay on road and on sand here on Long Island.

I would t pay for any other bumper that cost $600+

Good luck. Here's a pic of mine.

I have the Smittybilt. It fit perfectly and is really solid. Has d-ring mounts and a place for a winch. It also accommodates the vacuum reservoir without the need to relocate. Down side? You cannot fit the factory driving lights, but they kinda suck anyway. It does have holes for real driving lights though.
