Gearing

Looks like you have a 4 door based on your picture. Even if you had a lighter 2 door if you do a lot of stop and go driving around town I would say go 5.13.
I went 5.13's in my 2 door because even with just 35's for now the deeper gearing helps my crawling and I have a stop light every 10 feet here in MD. So being able to hit the gas and have the vehicle actually move is great.

Manual-4.88 Auto-5.13, with a 3.6. Google JK Gearing Chart and there is a chart that has the tire size on the left and gear size on top. Pick a gear that will get your RPMs in the middle of the green if you are a DD.
I am doing the swap to 37's now with a manual and 3.6 and going with 4.88s. If you live in a hilly area 5.13s may be better. There are a lot of opinions on which one is better depending on the phase of the moon and El nino. Best suggestion is to research both options, ask around town, and ride with someone if possible that has done it. A lot of internet wheelers will have an opinion.
Good Luck.

I'm running the same set up on a 2008 JKU Ive tried everything up to 5.38 gears and the best all around for a dana 44 is 5.13's if you have a dana 30 front I would do a 4.88 or a 4.10. but totally up to you.
