The IPF lights will "get you by" and are certainly better than stock (anything is). But to get the additional candle power (~amperage) out of +60w bulbs, you'll need a couple of relays and associated harness. That package with the Hella e-code lenses/H4 bulbs: SM6024J Headlamp Kit for Jeep Wrangler 2007->. Replaces H13 lamp with Hella E-Code H4 Headlamps - RallyLights.com

PS. Many go with the philips bulbs and frankly, they're shit (5 months in my Jeep). Seems EVERY single philips bulb, be it for the home, garage or otherwise, doesn't last worth a damn. Subsequently, I've been happy with the Hella 55/100w bulbs.
