High Clearance Exhaust
#31
I have the MF rock krawler. Loved the look of it as it tucks up high and tight. But lord, the drone was driving me crazy. I would avoid driving my Jeep it was so bad. We took it to Mammoth (6hr drive) and it literally gave me a headache. Much better now with the resonator! Highly recommend !

If your 20 years old you may enjoy the loudness. I'm telling you it's deafening on the freeway!! I can't even have a conversation w my passengers. I would plan on adding the resonator.

If I'm not mistaken Dynomax has a quiet version of one of their exhausts.

Rusty's
I'll throw this option out there even though it may not be what the OP is looking for. I've had the Rusty's Offroad exhaust for about 4 years now and have been happy with it. They are local to me so I picked it up for about $170 which is a fraction of the price of others out there. Its an axle back that uses the CherryBomb pro muffler which is a fully welded muffler. Louder than stock for sure but not obnoxious..breaks in nicely with no drone. Its in the stock location but is a much more compact muffler and sits much higher..factory crossmember/hitch make contact before it would. I've been offroad with it numerous times from mild to wild and its never been hit. I painted mine with Rustoleum BBQ grille paint because I didn't like the Aluminized finish and wanted it to blend in. Its basically invisible now.

Here are some pics of the Magnaflow Off Road Pro exhaust. It sits nicely up in the frame, and dumps before the axle. The only thing that hangs down is the tailpipe turndown.
