JK Tire Upgrade while keeping the same wheel.
Hey folks,
I've got a 2014 JKU Sahara with an AEV 2.5" lift. I'm still riding on stock tires waiting for them to wear down. I'd like to get the BFG TA KO2 All terrain but keep the stock wheel. From what I'm told I can go 33" and that's about it. That's not a big jump from stock. I'd like to try 35" but I'm told they would require spacers to keep from rubbing.
(1) Am I stuck with the 33's
(2) If I add the spacers what am I trading off?
I don't want to mess with the wheels or fenders at this time. I'm satisfied with those the way they are.
Thanks!

You could try the 34x10.5x17 KO2. It might fit stock wheels. I know 255/80/17 KM2's would work fine on stock wheels
Just realized you are probably running 18" wheels on a Sahara... In that case my suggestion won't work

Thanks for the help. I saw the "34" tire and thought it might be a good idea. Not so much now. That Willy's is about what I am looking for. Not sticking out too much but filling out the wheel well post-lift.
I was kind of stuck on the KO2 based on reviews. Maybe I'll compare with the Goodyear equivalent.
Thanks again for the help!
