I currently have the Trucklite headlights on my rig. Would the JW Speaker 8700 Evo 2 headlights be much of an upgrade? How do they compare? I was looking at the Northridge4x4 sale, which is a pretty big discount on the JW Speakers from what I can tell.

IN other words, is there a significant enough difference to justify swapping them out?

With the jw when you turn on the high beam it turns off the low beam. With truck lites low beam stays on with the high beam reason I bought them

The reason you bought the JW or the trucklites? Do you see a pro or con either way on this?

the trucklites do this the high and low both stay on. they are alredy super bright. from the comparisons ive seen the jw speakers have a sharper cut off and may be a bit brighter or mabey its that they have a little more focus on the beam. i persoanlly hate a sharp cut off. i live out in the sticks and the raidant light helps to illuminate all the eyes of the susidal little creatures of the night so i can try to avoid them . my bike has some lights with a very sharp cut off on them and any thing past that cut off you are not gonna see till its too late unless you are going slow.

As someone who has compared both, keep your truck lites. The low beam is a bit brighter but narrower on the JW, but the high beam, the truck lite kills the JW. There will be oodles of people who will claim otherwise, but I saw what I saw.

I went with the trucklites mostly due to. Lower cost and could not be happier with the purchase. Totally exceeded my expectations. They are super bright and a great safety upgrade.

I love my JW speakers I'm saving up for some
Halos and angel eyes from HID to put in soon overall I love my headlights

I just bought some JW Evo 2 and already have Trucklites. Planning on comparing them side by side over the weekend and will try to post my opinion.
