Default TF leveling kit..Is it "really" level?

Got the TF leveling kit on my Jeep. Sometimes when I look at it I can swear that I still see some rake. All TF spacers from the kit + stock spacers are installed.

Opinions?

Jeep is on a slight downward incline in pic but even on a level parking lot still looks down by the nose at times.

Instead of trying to eyeball it, try measuring the step rails on each end.

Was thinking of that. Just thought someone might have "inside info" like 35s are not really 35s type thing.

I'd be interested to find out also! All I know is that it took 1.5" up front to level out my bone stock X! Seems to me there is a bit of difference in the springs on the JK's!

I'm considering going with the levelling kit so I would raise all 4 corners instead of just the front but I dont want to re-introduce the rake again.

I put just the front half of the leveling kit on my rubi. (Rear spacers still in the box)
The front fender (measured on center directly above the wheel) was raised from 35.75 to 38.25....2.5"
I have some balanced weight added to my JK: LoD front bumper with winch, rear LoD bumper and smittybilt security enclosure and with stock tires my rock rails measure 19.25" from front to back on level ground.

I also adjusted my headlights with it sitting level.

Level is in the eye of the beholder as well.
1. Do you want the roof line level
2. Do you want the gap between the fender and tires equal
3. Do you want the frame level

All of these things are slightly different. The rear fender clearance is smaller than the front with the rock rail level.

Interesting. I wonder if those three are all positioned from the factory to account for the stock rake. Then when you do level it out, all those "fixtures" aren't completely straight

I used to have this on my 2dr hardtop Rubi and it leveled out perfect.

I just installed the leveling kit yesterday and it did not fully level it out. I look at the roof to see if its level and it could use another .25"-.5", but this is probably due to my AEV front bumper and winch. Still looks a helluva lot better than with a full rake. Once I add my rear bumper it should sit completely level.

Mine , 09 Unlimited, stock bumpers, does not sit level with the 2.5" Terra kit. So I added a 3/4 inch spacer, it is closer now, but still leeds 1/4" more to be level.
I read somewhere that different stock Unlimiteds would yield different results, I.E. some would sit level and others would'nt. All I can say is that nothing on Jeeps is absolute, so be patient and have fun with it!
