Once I added the quick disconnects my wind deflector became pointless.

There's something weird going on aerodynamically with the quick disconnect plates that makes the deflector vibrate at the ends that didn't happen when I didn't have the plates.

I have no issues with wind noise, but I don't have the quick releases. I am however looking for a set of used quick disconnectors, so if anyone wants to get rid of theirs. :-)

I noticed a rattle once I put the quick disconnects on, so maybe I may take mine off and just break out a wrench to flip my rack when needed!

My rattle with the quick disconnects were the pins themselves rattling on the deflector. I played around with them to find the best position and it doesn't rattle anymore.

Sent from some string and a few tin cans.

Hopefully I can take my panels off in the upcoming weeks that I am home just to see what kind of noise I have with and without the disconnects.

I've been waiting 10 weeks on mine... Ridiculous. Hope it's worth the wait.

EAD Offroad. They initially told me 8 weeks. Going on 10 now. I know these racks are the best of the best, so I was fine waiting. I made plans at the beginning of the year for a trip at the end of April, and it's cutting it close. I thought I would have all kinds of time.
