Fully loaded 2016 Hard Rock

So this is what is already has been purchased
Teraflex 2.5 lift..
Spidertrax 1.5" wheel spacers will be here Weds

Going to run bushwacker Flat Fenders

And want to KEEP the Hard Rocks wheels !!

So give me some tire sizes that will work and look balanced.
This is not a DD
It Will only be wheeled in Colorado and Utah
The trials in Colorado and Utah will not be hardcore....
Maybe 7rated but not higher
Won't see a lot of miles a year, but we do travel with it... So hwy friendly aka weight

We had BFG KM2 on 35x12.5x15 on our 2012... 30,000 miles on them with plenty of driving trips out west... Great tire but heavy.

So give me some suggestions... I do like the new BFG All Terrians, but open to others
And pics if you have them Thanks

Check out the new Cooper STT Pro. They kinda remind me of a siped KM2 type tread pattern, but other people say they look like Duratracs. (my 37's did just fine on 15 hour trips between Colorado and Texas, and you should easily find a bunch of offroad reviews.)

Looked at the new BFG KO2, but wanted a more aggressive tread this time around after just getting rid of falken wildpeaks. A few years of looking at wimpy AT's was enough...

I just mounted up a set of mastercraft courser mxt's 37 12.50 r 17 and really like them. So far they are the quietest mt I've run, the cheapest, about the lightest and they are very aggressive. I've been very impressed with their performance so far off road snow, mud, rock and dry dirt. after a recent 20 hr round trip I wouldn't hesitate to run them again.

I have a 2.5" lift and 35s on mine. I like the height it sits and with Rubicon Express kit I put on has plenty of clearance with the provided bumpstops to clear my (new-to-me) 35x12.5x17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. They're a great overall MT tire with excellent road manners and lots of off-road grip.

If you're doing a lot of highway driving, a 33x11 (285/70/17) or 34x11.5 (295/70/17) would be a better fit. A narrow tire = better fuel economy and better snow and ice performance. An AT like the BFG KM2 is what I would choose. The new Pro Comp AT and Mickey Thompson AT both look really good. Goodyear Duratracs are a great highway tire but a poor choice for difficult trails due to a very soft side wall.

Too many options out there really, you'll have to have a look.

My dad runs a 2.5" lift and 35s makes for a great all around package.

I have Toyo Open Country R/T's. I run a 285/75R18. I love them. No spacers or shaving.

KM2's are one of the lightest, if not lightest tire out there. If you thought 35" KM2 was heavy maybe you need to go 33's?

I have had great luck with Goodyear Duratrac- 315/70/17 on 2.5 lift. Good combo of smooth on road (low noise) and capable off-road handling. IMO they Look good as well. They are a lighter tire. I believe load range D. That said, If you are a serious rock crawler, I would look else where
