Default New KO front bumper

So, while pulling some kids in a full-size pickup out of the mud today, I got stupid and tried to pull them using the stock recovery hooks on the bumper, using a chain (I know....), and I ripped one side of my bumper almost off. The welds broke. So... I am ordering a new bumper now and I was wondering, has anyone ever dealt with KO bumpers? They appear to be a cheaper copy of smittybuilt or rugged ridge. Here's the one I'm looking at.

I don't have deep pockets, or I would get something bigger and better, but this one looked like it would afford some decent protection, have better tow hooks, and have lots of cool places to mount lights and stuff.
BTW, I pulled the truck out using the BIG hook in the back, first try. Didn't know that was there...

I just installed one on my jeep. Very tight fit but the quality seems to be good. Only time will tell. Also my winch fits very snug against the grill.

If you have ripped your tow hook off you have probably severly damaged the frame horn.

I didn't. The hook isn't that sturdy to begin with. My problem was that I used a chain because no one had a strap. The shock broke the weld on the bumper, which seems to be pretty thin steel anyway.

Well, got my new bumper. I like it, just it and the winch weigh almost 200 lbs though, can see why someone would choose aluminum.
