In the thread on JKO they were talking someplace around $1300, just the housing of course.
kjeeper10,
Thanks, didn't know they released any details.
EDIT: and now I'm seeing $1800

Please design a housing that has inner C's capable of holding a dana 60 balljoint with a dana 44 taper to fit the factory knuckle. Also, work with Yukon on a free spinning hub kit for a JK or design your own (an option to the buyer to add on of course) . Do this at a reasonable price and you will have the market forever

Oh the Dana 30 pain. I cracked my spider gears a few days ago, a few months back I chipped the ring. I'm done with the Dana 30 so I am in the same boat.
I just ordered a new front Core 44 from 4 Wheel Parts. I went with the Core 44 after a lot of research, I can go into more detail if you'd like, but price was a big deal and I was able to get the 35 spline ECTED version for a good price.
I think any of the aftermarket options are just so much stronger than the stock, and when compared to each other it really comes down to specific details that are important to you specifically.
I just hope the non Rubi rear holds up now lol

Thanks guys. I appreciate all the input. I'm still not sure which way to go. I called and talked with someone(I forgot his name) from Northridge 4x4 and he feels I need the Pro Rock. But damn, that thing isn't cheap! And why does Dynatrac charge $250 for a raised trac bar mount when everybody else just includes it.
I told him I liked the CORE 44, but he was less than impressed with it. He laughed when I mentioned I was considering it. The biggest thing he didn't like about it was the adjuster nut system they use to set backlash.
I understand that the Dynatrac is probably the best, and bullet proof. But I cant help but wonder if I would get by just fine with the CORE for a $1000 less. I'm going to run 35" tires and an ARB locker. Its not like I'm running 40" tires. And I have no idea about the adjuster nut system.
Also, does anybody know what the axle tube wall thickness is for a stock 44?
