PSC Hood Louver Bulge?

Mine doesn't have that bulge. Maybe loosening the bolts and tightening the in a different order would help?

If they could chime in that would be great. See if they know how to fix it. No idea how to attract their attention though..

I have one , installed 2 others with no bulge . I start in the middle and work my way out . it is possible to over tighten the bolts so try that . it sounds like it wasn't flat when you drilled the holes .

Probably what's going on is the holes you drilled in the hood are slightly misaligned with the hood louver. I haven't heard of this before, but my best guess is this is what has happened, and its wanting to warp the metal in between slightly when tightening. My suggestion is to pull the louver off and drill the holes out with the next size up drill bit, then re-install and re-tighten. I called down to our sales/tech guys and asked if they've ever had a call with a problem like this and they have not, but they had the same suggestion I mentioned above.
