I still run stock arms on my 2014 as well. Oddly enough, I can full stuff into my flares and never touch anything but the outer edge of the flares.

Am I driving a unicorn? I don't know!

Maybe. IDK. I just know when I put 37" Nittos, I rubbed that pinch seam all the way home. That was just normal driving.....making turns and giving it gas from a dead start. Immediately went to work cutting a good bit off that pinch seam for clearance. Couple buddies in '14s had to trim pinch seams as well to run different 37s without rubbing the same area. Running the same 3.5" RK springs that you are too.

Was your factory pinch seam factory cut at a 45°, or was it still a 90° with a point? I've seen ones where fellows cut and seal the older style, and mine looks just the same from the factory. I believe I had read that it was a change made some time during the 2013 model year production run, later 2013 had the factory circumcision, and earlier 2013 did not. Everything 2014+ was circumcised at birth.

Mine was at a 90 degree angle. I bought mine in April '13, so on the earlier end of the year. I've never paid much attention to what that looked like on others' jeeps. Gonna start looking as i'm curious now.

This would be mine, as God and Fiat created it. Of course, the axle is way forward in this pic, as the Jeep is up with jack stands on the frame and the axle is hanging down, as the axle travels the arc upwards, the tire moves back and easily clears that seam with plenty of room, and easily clears the back side as well. I guess us 2014+ goobers got lucky, no cutting at all for 37" tires.

Yup, that is significantly different than what mine looked like. I actually ended up cutting a decent bit up as well for additional clearance. I have a co-working with a '15.....will have to look at his when we walk out today.

Sort of, but not really. Body lift or not, I stuff the 37" tire all the way up until it rubs the top/center of the flares. If the body lift left, I would have to add 1.25"bump stop or it would remove the flares. But the tires still fit all the way into the wheel wells until the flares are the limiting factor, it's never touching the body or wheel tubs. So the body lift just let me use less bump extension.... until this year. I think I am going to get the Smittybilt Flux steel flares, those things allow for massive room as they sweep upwards pretty aggressively.
