I have run half a dozen lift kits of different makes on my TJ and I can tell you from experience that the Full Traction kit I'm running now is hands down the very best one. The design and quality of the parts/welds are outstanding and the ride is better than stock. As far as price goes, their kits are right there with most of the competition if not a bit less. Depending on how much you can afford to spend, you can always start off with the 3" Economy lift and then upgrade the control arms and track bars as needed to make an Ultimate Lift Kit.
At least, that's what I'm planning to do

33's will fit stock. Check this thread
JPFreak is running 285/75/16's witch = to be about 33's. I plan on putting 285/70/17's on mine, and that equals about 33x12.50 or 33x11.50 give or take.
so you can run 33's stock, but i'm pretty sure that you would rub during maximum articulation. So from what i've read the Budget Boost 2" lift would be best and eseasiest to install (and remove for warranty work ) You can order that kit for $119 from quadrotec, but i'd order you rims (if you are getting new ones) from Jegs.com, they were about 20 bucks cheeper per rim for my Crager Soft 8's. and they arrived in 2 days, free shipping.
Good luck and lets us know what you end up going with!

Oh, 4" lift and 37's are definetly on the to do list. And, I think you might be interested to know that I just spoke with Full Traction this afternoon and was told their 4" coils have been made and in reality yield more like 4.5" when all is said and done
