Default Rear factory isolators?

Anyone out there not using the rear factory isolators with their leveling kit? If so do the springs sit securely without them?

Its meant for you to reinstall the factory spring isolators. You'll also lose a 1/2 inch of lift if you don't.

I'm not running mine. I removed them to compensate for the bumper and winch sag. Works fine coils are fine and spacers are fine. It actually had a firmer ride in the rear now.

I had to do the opposite... I kept my rear isolators and removed the front. With the added weight of the rear bumper and tire, I have too much negative rake and was blinding passes-by with my beams!

I was curious cause it looks like my leveling kit raised the rear too much and didnt take all the rake out. Im abot to put on bumpers and im guessing its just going to get worse

How much rake did it have originally? I ask because mine only had slight rake, and the leveling kit made it sit perfect, maybe just a smidge of rake now with the bumpers. Wonder if your stock springs are lower rate than mine, that could be part of the issue.

I still need to get up with you so you can see my AEV's in person.

When I installed the Daystar 1.75 lift last spring I did not put the rear isolator back in and have not had any problems.

I've got 17/58 springs on mine and the rake wasnt terrible from the factory it just looks like the back came up a little more than needed. Im prob going to put the teraflex 2" front springs in it after I do bumpers and if its still off ill take out the rear factory isolators to drop the rear down a touch. Yea we'll have to meet up maybe a you'll see it differently than I do

Aev 2 inch spacer lift instructions tell you to remove the rear before you put their rear spacer in to give you a level look
