Default Rear fascia

Has anyone ever made their own rear fascia like the evo off road piece? I want to make my own just looking for ideas.

Make me an offer. LOL.

I built the back up light bar with lights from superbrightleds.com and the strip above the plate is a peal and stick and is the brake light. I really can't remember where I got the 4" rounds at a local heavy truck supplier.
