Default Recommended AT tire anyone?

It's about time to get new tires and I am leaning towards AT's because my jeep is my DD, but I still want decent off road capability for some trails and overlanding. Right now I have cooper STT and although they were a good tire, they were a little noisey and probably more than what I needed. Let me know your recs! I've been looking at toyo AT 2, mikey Thompson Baja atz, nitto terra grapplers...

I run toyo at2 extremes in 285/75-17 on my daily driver and would get the same in a heart beat. smooth and tough as can be. I have had them in all conditions rocks, mud, snow, ice been to moab 2X with them and they do great. My buddy just got some 315/70-17 MT Baja atz P3's and he loves them. they are not much taller but much fatter. They look good and he says they perform great. People will tell you the Toyos are heavy but mine weighed less then advertised and ride very well compared to stock.

I just put General Grabber AT2's on my DD 2 door. 305/70/16. Big differance from stock tires. Feels a whole lot more surefooted. Tires are quite for such a wide tire and smooth. Did a lot of google searches on tires before buying them. 99.5 of the comments were positive. First they're made here in USA. Long life was the second most commented on. My main concern was snow and this is where most said they were great. I've only ran them for 400mi so can't comment on that yet. Oh and last thing was cost. They were almost at the bottom as far as price goes.

I'm a Nitto fan. As for rad, depends on your use. Mud? Trail grappler. Sand? Dune grappler. All around AT? Terra grappler. After having a variety of tires, Goodyear, Michelin, Pirelli, cooper, BFG, I will only run Nitto. I'll save the mumbo jumbo, but if you must know more, ask.
