Default Body Armor Roof Rack

I regret paying a grand for a Body Armor Roof Rack Base Kit and Basket. It added 9 or so inches to my jeep with lights, made getting the hard top off unbearable, made the jeep top heavy as it was ridiculously over engineered, destroyed my gas mileage (down to 11mpgs), started rusting after 9 months, and squeaked like crazy except for the week after I tightened it every month.

I should have spent the extra dough and got the Gobi! I ended up getting rid of it and the lights, and replacing with a 50in Lightbar on PS mounts and putting a yakima track rack on the hardtop. New set-up is much better!

Oh and I regret the aluminum mounts from PS. One of the tabs broke off while I was riding down the road, but they replaced them and this time I got steel. Still had to paint and mount all over again though.

If you still have your window sticker you CAN force the issue with Jeep.

Found out a year after purchase my 12 JKUR had 3.73. I still had my Monroney (window) sticker which stated 4.10, so they had to install 4.10s. Jeep even paid for the rental car while they did it.

well i want "panel half door" that i can slide uppers on if i want. Their only about three options buy a mopar kit ($3700+), rugged ridge ($2300+), or bestop soft doors($900+). Idk what I'm gonna do because for basically 4000 (for mopar) after pant i can buy a and rebuild a set of axles. Or i could just get the soft doors and fluid my jeep out every time it rain (they are not very water tight).

I regret buying the six speed manual. Traded it in with less then 500 miles. Happy with the automatic.

I would not hesitate to trade my rescue green full doors for factory half door lower and uppers.

How did you discover you had 3.21's? Build sheet? Count Rotations?

I have 14 jk willy that's been back to the dealer 9 times for leaking. They keep "fixing" it, now my carpet stinks and I'm so irritated I hate it. With 2000 miles and one payment, it's gonna be a long few years
